My professional journey

In 2009, my life changed when I landed a dream gig at Apple, after working in the film and TV industry for several years.

Since then, I've partnered with teams and organizations to drive L&D initiatives, including producing innovative multimedia interactions, designing self-guided and instructor-led content, and managing learning products/programs.

I’m honored to have led and created impactful learning experiences for a variety of audiences, including sales enablement, technical support & engineering, legal compliance, and executive leaders.

With this experience, I'm specialized to address root-cause organizational challenges. I focus on driving projects and initiatives that address skill gaps, so that people and businesses thrive.

A little more about me

When I'm not working, I “geek out” listening to psychology and financial planning podcasts, and I’m an avid movie buff. I enjoy spending quality time with my family & friends, including taking our Whippets, Grey & Finn, to Avila Beach dog run here on the beautiful California central coast.
